These two buildings are tied together and used to serve as the Nursey School for Poteet ISD. They abandoned the building several years ago and did not wish to spend any money on repairing it. The AC and heating units were functioning when it was abandoned. It has two bathrooms, a kitchen (still has a stove), sink, cabinets etc. you can double check with the city, but I think you could fix it up and run several types of businesses out of it. It is .3214 of an acre, so, plenty big. Be careful as many books, toys, and other "stuff" was left here and is scattered on the floor and in most rooms. Also, The AC Duck work collapse in the main room and knocked many of the ceiling tile down.
